Our Technology-center is the Management Department whose function relies on the implementation upon technologic-innovation, the affiliated sectors are as followings: R & D Office, External-cooperation Office, Policy Studies Office and High-tech Management Office.

Currently we own a group of high-effective team with 735 employees of specialty in technologic-innovation matters, including 7 senior engineers with Professor Titles, 29 senior engineers, 375 engineers, 2 talent enjoying the special allowance of the State Council, 6 Professors in the field of Management honored by Hubei Provincial Government. In 2007, China National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Science and Technology, General Administration of Customs and State Administration of Taxation jointly honors us as “China National Enterprise Technology-center”.

Located-in No. 68, Xiaoting Road, Xiaoting District, Yichang City, Hubei Province, China, XINGFA’s Technology-center is a kind of modern R&D Base featured with the integration of the Lab-scale Experiences, the Applied-research, the Pilot-scale Testing, and Industrialization, whose total areas are of 150 Mu. Currently we have already set-up 5 R&D Platforms, they are the R&D Platform of the Technology & Testing for Organophosphorus, the Technology & Testing for Compound Phosphates, the Technology & Testing for Organosilicon, the Technology & Testing for Beneficiation respectively; which own 4 installed Application-labs, they are the Application-lab for Compound Phosphates, Organophosphorus for Fire-retardant, Organophosphorus for Water Treatment Chemical, Organosilicon respectively. XINGFA has also built-up 4 sets of Pilot-scale Production-line Devices, they are that of Organophosphorus, that of Compound Phosphates, that of Beneficiation for collectors, that of the downstream products of Organophosphorus respectively. In the meantime XINGFA has gradually purchased & installed all kinds of necessary advanced instruments & equipments which are to sastify various R & D works, such as scientific research, testings, on-site production tests and so on, including so many high-end imported equipments, such as ICP-MS, ICP-AES, Ion Chromatograph, HPLC ( high performance liquid chromatograph ) and so on with more than 90 million RMB original values, for which we have also established the 100-level Decontamination Chamber and the Testing-center approved by CNAS.
